Account Executive: Corporate cash management sales and relationship management responsibility for Fortune 500 portfolio throughout the U.S. Achieved sales results by developing tailored marketing programs and proposal preparation. Success in relationship management provided repeat sales and referrals. Highly regarded client advocate.

 

BANK OF AMERICA, Los Angeles, CA                                                                                  1984 - 1996

Vice President-Communications   (1995 - 1996)           

Corporate responsibility worldwide for marketing and communicating internal diversity initiatives among 90,000 employees. Developed multi-faceted communications campaign that included videos, promotional materials, speeches, seminars, and lectures on diversity topics. Led team of graphic artists, audio-visual experts, copywriters, and communications specialists.

 

  • Produced CINDY Award winning industrial video. Interviewed and selected cast members; provided final edit of director's work; oversaw budget; and, organized publicity and distribution.
  • Developed and implemented widely respected promotional campaign on a sensitive matter.
  • Supported communications campaigns for 10 strategic business units, 22 volunteer networks.
  • Created and led development of seminar on Communications and the Glass Ceiling.
